A major regeneration is transforming The Lakes Estate in Bletchley.
This transformation is bringing new, modern amenities to the local community. The project is delivering 183 high-quality homes along with a new nursery, community hub, retail spaces and improved public areas. Originally built in the 1960s, the estate is being revitalised to provide better housing, upgraded facilities and healthier, more welcoming spaces for residents.

By replacing outdated housing with energy-efficient new homes and enhancing local services, the project supports healthier living and strengthens community connections. The addition of new public spaces, improved play areas, and upgraded facilities ensures the estate not only meets modern standards but also becomes a more welcoming and inclusive place for families to live, work and thrive.
Main contractor, Graham, specified Rehau UPVC windows for the dwellings, with colour choice smooth basalt grey on white. All front doors are sovereign composite doors in matching basalt grey, and Hazlemere also manufactured Technal STII commercial doors for the ground floor communal areas.
