Hazlemere are looking for a production manager to assist in the day to day smooth running of the factory floor through good supervision of staff, procedures and product.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provide leadership, encouragement, training and support in order to help others achieve their results and meet their targets.
  • Ensure all manufacture is carried out in accordance with job sheets, working drawings, specifications and system supplier’s fabrication manuals.
  • Ensure all manufacture achieves the highest quality standards in line with the company’s quality procedures ensuring all documentation and labelling etc. is completed and records maintained.
  • Ensure all manufacture is completed in a timely fashion within the given timescales to meet the required delivery/installation dates.
  • Organise the factory labour resource to meet the demands of the fabrication programme/department.
  • Ensure all operatives are working efficiently, consistently and to the required performance levels to meet the demands of the fabrication programme/department.
  • Attendance at meetings, as required, to report on the operational status of the department.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure that the company’s requirements are fulfilled.
  • Assist in the further development of the department and the team members.

Personal Specification


  • Advanced understanding of the product on offer – aluminium windows, doors  & curtain wall
  • Ability to work without supervision with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to motivate, train and lead a team of people
  • To be proactive and have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate targets and expectations to others
  • Ability to persuade others to achieve their goals, targets and results
  • Ability to train others with patience and perseverance

We are looking for a CNC Programmer to assist and co-ordinate CNC production process by liaising with all relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Prepare CNC machining data in a timely fashion to meet the demands of the fabrication programme.
  • Check, test and modify data (macros) as necessary ensuring accuracy and compliance with the system supplier’s fabrication manuals and any other supplementary information or details that may be required.
  • Produce control samples for checking of critical and new machining’s.
  • Maximise CNC efficiency and utilisation.
  • Run CNC Programmes as and when required.
  • Assist with CNC machine maintenance and servicing liaising with HOD as and when required in the event of breakdown or malfunction.
  • Provide cover for other members of staff as may be required from time to time.
  • Be proactive with regards to continuous improvement and provide feedback on ways to improve the performance of the department and interfaces with it.

Personal Specification:


• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work without supervision with excellent analytical and problem solving ability
• Advanced working knowledge of Elumatec CNC Saws
• Understanding of Aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team

Due to landing several highly significant contracts, Hazlemere Commercial are looking to expand our team with new Commercial Window Installation Companies with experience of educational refurbishment contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Buckinghamshire’s leading commercial double-glazing manufacturer and installer and offers great earning potential and continuity of work going forward.

As an installation Company we would expect you to employ high quality, experienced, curtain wall, window and doors fitters. 

Essential experience to include;

  • Proven track record of quality fitting experience in curtain wall, windows and doors
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • A good communicator to enable positive working relationships with Project Managers
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative and problem solve
  • UK driving licence
  • Must have own van and tools
  • Ideally teams of 3-4 minimum


  • Fenestration Level 2 NVQ for installation teams (as a minimum)
  • Enhanced DBS check essential for school work

You will join a busy team reporting to our Project Managers and be responsible for undertaking full installations including new build work, existing refurbishments and associated rip-outs and trimming to a finished standard.

We are seeking a strong, self-motivated manager with a positive can-do attitude to cover our commercial sites, based out of our Head Office in High Wycombe. This role will encompass managing various commercial site projects and installation teams to install windows, doors and curtain wall products to a high standard. 

The successful applicant will be involved from the initial stages of the contract through to final completion and sign off.  You should be competent in all aspects of site management including set-up, client liaison, creating site programmes, communication both internally and externally, health and safety matters, ensure all contractual obligations are met, and be able to deal with and resolve any on site issues as they arise.

Qualifications should include:

SMSTS, CSCS card holder, Health & Safety Training to Management level,

Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.

This is a full-time salaried position and carries 22 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays, a company vehicle, mobile phone and additional staff benefits.
