We are looking for an experienced Facade Site Manager or Construction Site Manager on a 12 month fixed contract, starting May 2024 (tbc). The position is located in Brigg, North Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilites & Accountabilities;

1. Manage all sub-contract labour and any other resources required for the effective and efficient running of the site. Manage on site contractual obligations and enforce and monitor KPI’s for all personnel on site within the installation process.

2. Provide accurate, regular, and timely management information on customer records, completed installations and upload to the Procore Management system.

3. Manage and arrange all relevant paperwork for the project, including but not limited to enforcing Works Programmes with sub-contractors, installation RAMS updates as required, inspections at all stages of the project for onward submission to the client.

4. Communicate and update Hazlemere Project Management and customers throughout but particularly at point of installation until handover, completion and maintain excellent customer service.

5. Carry out any other duties that may be deemed necessary for the successful completion of the works and as required from the Project Manager.

6. Ensure that all customer contractual obligations are met.

7. Enforce and monitor all health and safety aspects on site and ensure all relevant training is up to date for all site staff when required.

8. Resolve, with the Project Manager if required, any on site issue as they arise to ensure quick resolution.

9. Monitor and snag the works daily to ensure the works are handed over weekly as per the agreed Programme of Works.

10. Raise, monitor, action and report on non-conformances as necessary.

Personal Specification;

CSCS card holder (preferred)
SMSTS/SSSTS qualified
Strong organisational and proactive working skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
A strong manager with excellent communication and influencing skills.
A strong customer focus both for internal and external customers.
A positive can-do attitude.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
Impeccable record keeping.
Intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Contractual and health and safety knowledge.

Due to landing several highly significant contracts, Hazlemere Commercial are looking to expand our team with new Commercial Window Installation Companies/Teams with experience of educational refurbishment contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Buckinghamshire’s leading commercial double-glazing manufacturer and installer and offers great earning potential and continuity of work going forward.

As a commercial installation company/team we would expect you to employ high quality, experienced, curtain wall, window and doors fitters. 

Essential experience to include;

  • Proven track record of quality fitting experience in curtain wall, windows and doors
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • A good communicator to enable positive working relationships with Project Managers
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative and problem solve
  • UK driving licence
  • Must have own vehicle and tools
  • Ideally teams of 3-4 minimum


  • Fenestration Level 2 NVQ for installation teams (as a minimum)
  • Enhanced DBS check essential for school work

You will join a busy team reporting to our Project Managers and be responsible for undertaking full installations including new build work, existing refurbishments and associated rip-outs and trimming to a finished standard.
