Gate House
This complete refurbishment involved the replacement of all the existing doors and windows.
Using RAL 7016 matt aluminium double glazed powder coated products manufactured and installed by Hazlemere Commercial, giving the building’s fenestration a modern anthracite grey aesthetic appearance.
Working for Vibe Business Interiors on this project, Hazlemere Commercial manufactured and installed the replacement Sapa Dualframe 75 aluminium casement double glazed windows from bar length aluminium extrusions, as well as the automatic aluminium commercial Sapa Stormframe ST2 front entrance doors and the Stormframe ST2 aluminium fire exit doors at either end of the building.
Hazlemere also fabricated and fitted the Sapa Elegance 52 aluminium double glazed curtain walling for the front façade.
All the first floor curtain walling and windows were installed using scaffolding to ensure a) that the products were fitted securely and safely and b) the window fitters and site Project Manager were able to work in a environment that had been risk assessed to ensure the safety of Hazlemere’s and Vibe Business Interiors staff whilst on site.
