Hazlemere Commercial’s Commercial Contracts Director Barry Matthews received a letter dated 17th February 2011 from Mrs Grimsdale, the Misbourne School Business Manager in Great Missenden, thanking the company for the replacement aluminium windows and doors, Hazlemere manufactured, supplied and installed. It read:
“I am just writing to thank you and your team for all your efforts in getting our fantastic new windows and doors installed. We were concerned that with the work starting in December we would be victim of the weather, but in spite of heavy snow, your team worked hard to ensure that the work was finished on time, to schedule and to a high standard.
As a school, we are very sensitive to the conduct of contractors on our site when our students are also present. Your team followed all our protocols without question and worked in a safe and appropriate manner at all times.
We really hope that the windows will dramatically reduce our maintenance costs and also our energy costs, as we are now able to keep heat inside the buildings.
