Hazlemere Commercial in 3rd Year of Bucks County Council Framework Agreement

Hazlemere Commercial are in the process of completing numerous contracts, whilst surveying others prior to manufacture and installation during year three of the latest Buckinghamshire County Council Framework Agreement to undertake window and door replacements under the County Council’s Capital Programme Works.

Under this agreement Hazlemere Commercial have been awarded the contract to survey, manufacture and install double glazed replacement aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling etc. at ten different educational establishments within Bucks during the 2017-2018 financial year. Hazlemere Commercial have been fortunate enough to have worked with Bucks County Council under previous framework agreements, enabling them to build up a fantastic track record of working for the County Council during the last decade.

The work during 2017-2018 involve working at Ash Hill Primary School in High Wycombe to install replacement aluminium doors, at the Cressex site of Chiltern Wood School to fit replacement double glazed aluminium roof lantern lights, at Cottesloe School in Wing, near Leighton Buzzard to fit double glazed aluminium curtain walling, at Carrington Junior School in Flackwell Heath to fit replacement windows, at Manderville School in Aylesbury to install curtain walling to their tower block, at St Michael’s School in Stewkley to replace windows and doors, at Turnfurlong Infant School in Aylesbury replacing glazing in their courtyard, at Wendover library fitting cladding to dormer windows, at Broughton Infant School in Aylesbury fitting high level Clerestory double glazed aluminium windows and at Ivingswood Academy in Chesham manufacturing and installing aluminium curtain walling.

All works are done under the strict guidelines set out by the County Council and under the supervision of Buckinghamshire’s professional team of Surveyors, ensuring that each education premises refurbished is finished to a high standard to the benefit of the staff, pupils and visitors, making sure that taxpayers money is wisely spent future proofing each building and providing a warmer and more comfortable teaching and learning environment. Hazlemere Commercial are privileged and proud to have worked for Buckinghamshire County Council for over 10 consecutive years.
