Reporting to the Head of Operations you will work with our experienced surveyors, procurement and manufacturing teams, project managers, and installation teams to play your important part in the high quality delivery of the impressive fenestration projects we have been undertaking for 35 years. This full time role is based at Hazlemere’s head office and factory in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
If you are a detailed person who prides themselves on their precision and accuracy looking to work in a supportive team then this could be the role for you. You will receive technically approved project information from our surveyors and technical leads and convert it into accurate manufacturing, procurement and production information. You will be responsible for processing aluminium window, door and façade packages within Tech design & LogiKal, supporting drawing control through AutoCAD and producing manufacturing schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and review technically approved survey and design information.
• Process aluminium window, door and façade packages within Tech design/LogiKal
• Create manufacturing orders from approved drawings.
• Produce fabrication information packs.
• Generate frame, glass, panel, ironmongery and ancillary schedules.
• Support procurement through material take-offs and procurement schedules.
• Coordinate phased releases aligned with project programmes.
• Maintain revision control and ensure only approved information is released.
• Upload and maintain project documentation within Procore and project folders.
• Carry out self-checking and quality reviews before information release.
• Escalate technical discrepancies and design queries to the Technical Lead.
• Support manufacturing, procurement and project delivery teams with technical information.
Essential Experience to include;
• Experience processing aluminium window and door systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong Logikal/Seniors software experience.
• Ability to read technical, fabrication and installation drawings.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
It will also be desirable for you to have experience working within the commercial glazing and façade industry along with curtain wall experience. Knowledge of Building Regulations and Technal/Seniors’ systems will also be advantageous. We utilise the Procore Construction CRM platform.

The Installation Site Manager operates as part of the project team, supporting the Project Manager while providing independent site-based assurance, taking responsibility for the control, compliance and quality assurance of our on-site installation activities. This pivotal role ensures that our installations are carried out safely, in line with approved scope and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities;
• Oversee all on-site installation activities relating to windows, doors, curtain walling and facade systems.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract scope, manufacturer requirements, relevant British Standards, and CWCT guidance.
• Coordinate installation sequencing in line with the agreed programme.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all subcontract installation enquiries via site attendance, phone, and email.
• Health & safety compliance.
• Manage and coordinate subcontract installation teams on site.
• Produce accurate site-based information relating to progress, quality inspections, health &. safety inspections, defects, and NCRs.
Personal Specification;
Essential:
• CSCS Gold Card (Supervisory or Advanced Craft level).
• SMSTS.
• First Aid at Work.
• Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS).
• IPAF and/or PASMA certification.
• Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
• Proven experience supervising installation works in a commercial construction environment.
• Experience within the commercial window, door, curtain walling, and/or facade sector.
• Full UK driving licence.

Due to landing several highly significant contracts, Hazlemere Commercial are looking to expand our team with new Commercial Window Installation Companies/Teams with experience of educational refurbishment contracts.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Buckinghamshire’s leading commercial double-glazing manufacturer and installer and offers great earning potential and continuity of work going forward.
As a commercial installation company/team we would expect you to employ high quality, experienced, curtain wall, window and doors fitters.
Essential experience to include;
- Proven track record of quality fitting experience in curtain wall, windows and doors
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A good communicator to enable positive working relationships with Project Managers
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative and problem solve
- UK driving licence
- Must have own vehicle and tools
- Ideally teams of 3-4 minimum
Qualifications;
- Fenestration Level 2 NVQ for installation teams (as a minimum)
- SMSTS/SSSTS/CSCS
- Enhanced DBS check essential for school work
You will join a busy team reporting to our Project Managers and be responsible for undertaking full installations including new build work, existing refurbishments and associated rip-outs and trimming to a finished standard.
