Our Team

Jamie Lewis

Commercial Estimating Manager. I’ve been employed by Hazlemere Window Company since November 2006, so have over 10 years with the firm. I have a fantastic working relationship with many of my colleagues and very much revel in being part of the Hazlemere family. Away from work I like to spend time with my family and friends and keep fit by playing football in the Premier Division of my local Saturday Football League. I like to watch sports, mainly football and formula 1. I also enjoy watching a good movie, the Genre being very much mood dependant!

Michelle Hanson

PA to Directors/ISO Quality Manager. Now in my 13th year with the Company, I started life within the Commercial Department, then moved across to the domestic/retail department including HR for the business & now find myself back in the Commercial office controlling the administration of contracts and project co-ordination, & am the main point of contact for aftercare/maintenance. I am also PA to the Directors & hold the position of Quality Manager for our ISO 14001 Environmental & 9001 Quality standards so one day in the office is never the same as another. Organisation/processes & methodical working are my strengths which may be why some of my colleagues think I have a fetish for spreadsheets & lists. I have seen HWC grow throughout my time here from a small family business to a larger family business but still run with the same ethics of looking after our customers & staff.

Gary Davies

Commercial Operations Director. With over 25 years’ experience in the glazing industry, I joined HWC Commercial Team in February 2016. I first started working in the profession as an Estimator, back in 1980; moving on to Quantity Surveying in 1988 and then on to Commercial Management. I am delighted to say I am now a Director of a successful and stable business and I enjoy working with a dedicated, hard-working team.
On a personal note, I hail from Cardiff and I enjoy playing golf, watching rugby and football. And despite what most people think about the Welsh - I cannot sing!!

Tony Beale

Commercial Sales Director. For my sins I have been with the Hazlemere Group since 1986, so have already served more than a 30 year life sentence, and yet I still enjoy working here. In my time I've seen a fair few suppliers come and go, and indeed some are the same today as when Hazlemere first established a business relationship with them back in 1985. I get stick at work for being a lifelong Gooner! Both my sons work in the business, so Hazlemere is rather important to my wife Debs and I!

Luke Pollard

Commercial Estimator. I joined Hazlemere in February 2012 as a Trainee Estimator, after finishing university the previous summer in a soggy Manchester. I achieve 2:1 in BSc International Business from Manchester Metropolitan University. Currently, I am a Commercial Estimator, after being a Trainee Estimator for 15 months. In my spare time I enjoy playing sport, in particular golf and cricket, as well as being a supporter of my local football team, Wycombe Wanderers.

Ben Brooks

Commercial Estimator. To think I’d make it through eight years at the same company, having been petrified on the first day, can only be a credit to Hazlemere and the people I work with. I enjoy my role as a Commercial Estimator. As a Tottenham Hotspur fan I have to ensure the weekly battle with the two Gooners in the Department.

Dawn McGrath

PA/Administrator. I joined Hazlemere Commercial in August 2014. I have worked in different types of roles at various companies over the years ranging from Secretarial, Personnel Officer, Customer Support Manager to NVQ Assessor. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends and enjoy sport. The recent addition of a Springer Spaniel to the family has meant lots of walks, as he never ever seems to get tired!

Damodar Guirop

Commercial Administrator/Processor. I’m an Engineering Professional from India – Goa, with over 2 years of exciting and easy going life in UK. I think of myself as quiet, shy and an outgoing person. The things I love most in life are hanging with friends and travelling.

Completed a year working in Hazlemere Windows and I really love it.

Martin Brown

Project Manager. I have been with Hazlemere Window Company for over 20 years and could not wish to work with a nicer bunch of people. Lifelong Arsenal fan, so like most Gooners, wondering how many more years Arsene Wenger will be Manager!

Lee Cross

Project Manager, Like my colleague Martin, I have been with Hazlemere Window Company for over 20 years and am very fortunate to be able to work with such a decent group of people. In my spare time I play lots of golf and am not too shabby at it! Get ribbed for being a Manchester United fan, but hey ho.

Steve Brown

Commercial Surveyor. I have been with Hazlemere Window Company for over 20 years, and the secret of its success is retaining key staff such as my good self!
A Liverpool fan who at work has to put up with being surrounded by fans from southern and mainly the two big North London clubs.

James Edwards

Technical Manager. I have over 17 years experience as the Technical Manager for the Hazlemere Group, and am responsible for setting up the CNC Machines and undertaking all the product updates. I enjoy baking lemon drizzle cakes with my two daughters, which are very much enjoyed by my work colleagues.

Laura Braham

Commercial Administrator. I joined Hazlemere in 2015 working in the Retail Operations Department co-ordinating the Service Engineers and have now moved into the Commercial Department as an administrator and am currently the youngest member of the team, and looking forward to learning the ropes within Commercial. I am also one of the Chairman's three daughters, two of whom work in the family business. Like my two sisters I like dogs, and between us we have several, which are all part of the family.

Mark Austin

Marketing Director. I agreed to join Hazlemere in 2007 and have been fortunate enough to have grown with the business, but intend to lose weight soon, honest! Along with Project Manager Lee Cross, and Sales Director Tony Beale, we are all members of Beaconsfield Artisan Golf Club, so enjoy fresh air, banter and good company. Hazlemere is truly a good old fashioned friendly family business, so it is a joy to come to work (most days!). I've been a Wycombe Wanderers supporter since 1991, the year they first won the FA Trophy at Wembley.

Ethan Foy-Pocock

Trainee Estimator. I joined Hazlemere Commercial in February 2017 as a Trainee Estimator. I am interested in art, particularly Japanese Manga and Anime art, which is based on cartoons. Not keen on sport, but prefer, after a hard days work to go home and sleep.

David Alabi

Trainee Estimator. I joined Hazlemere in 2012, and worked for nearly 5 years in the Accounts & Purchasing Department. In 2017 I joined the Commercial Division as a Trainee Estimator as I fancied a new Challenge. I enjoy football and support Arsenal FC.

Derek Giles

Project Manager. Derek joined the company in June 2017. He has previously worked in the window industry but wanted to work for Hazlemere as he had heard good things about the Company. Derek’s hobbies include cycling and eating; (he is in good company for the latter). He also has two children aged 7 and 10.
